  RUDE STAFF/ SERVICE (please read). Oh Shrewsbury Chipotle the highest hopes were had for you, but you did not fulfill. Picture this, it was a casual wednesday , 12:29 PM EST. I walk into the chipotle and there is one other person in there. I was thinking to myself YES THE FOOD WILL BE STOCKED UP. Boy oh boy was I wrong. If you know me Chipotle is my baby, my life, my ride or die, my friend who is always there throughout the highs and the lows. If you are interested in sampling the Jimothy tacos you ask for a kids byo with chicken, cheese (will be important later) and white rice i mean it is THE BEST meal deal i mean 6 dollars for two tacos, 3 sides and a fountain drink UM YES PLEASE!! I am a cheese fanatic but specifically chipotle cheese I am VERY clear when I ask for A LOT of cheese. At any other chipotle this request was fulfilled but here they heard me say a lot and proceeded to put a pinch of cheese so i would have to ask for one or even two sides and yes i was charged for the sides😡. But what makes this 3729183x worse is the man behind me asked for a sprinkle of cheese and the worker piled it on I WAS PISSED. But yet again I held my emotions in until i got to my car. at first, I thought maybe this was a one time thing no the next time I arrived back at the Chipotle The same thing happened The point of the size of the sides on the kids build your own is that it is filled fully up, not a quarter of the way. The take home message from this review is HORRIBLE SERVICE.

  i’ve never seen a more stingy chipotle, and they need to get retrained on how to wrap a burrito. when i went to open my burrito it was EVERYWHERE wasn’t even wrapped on the ends.

  If I can give 0 stars for service, I would. This by far is the worst Chipotle I've been to. The staff is by far the rudest staff, they made it uncomfortable to ask for anything extra on my bowl even though I'm paying for the extra steak, had a miserable look on their faces, not friendly at all, cashier just slid the bag to me and walked away and didn't even offer the receipt and didn't say a word. Won't be coming back to this one again.

  We had to pick up a catering order and Shawn was the absolute best and helped us carry 20+ boxes and organize them in our car he was AMAZING !! He deserves a massive shoutout for helping us and not complaining once THANK YOU SHAWN

  Just picked up an order from Chipotle in Shrewsbury Plaza (under John/Jill, 6:40pm, 7/06/2026). Ordered a bowl and 3 tacos. There was literally a tablespoon of carnitas in the tacos with a pinch of fajita veggies, beans, etc. - all tortilla. Really pathetic. Tried calling repeatedly to complain to the manager but no one answers. Even worse, the bag leaked juice all over the seat in my car. Totally feeling ripped off and will not go back to this store. Been ordering from there for years so must be a new manager in charge. Strongly suggest not ordering from this store.
