  This honestly should’ve been a one-star review, but I’m giving two stars only because of the professionalism and great customer service from the barista working the floor this morning. I came to the Short Hills E-Bar around 11:20ish this morning, and for almost 20 minutes, I watched one employee handle everything by herself. She was taking orders, making drinks, warming food, helping customers, and trying to keep the line moving all at the same time with no help. Even though she was clearly overwhelmed, she stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time. Mind you, this also isn’t the first time I’ve come to this location and seen only one person handling customers during a busy rush, but this is the first time I’ve seen another employee come out, clearly see the amount of customers waiting and the employee struggling to manage everything alone, and still choose to walk away without helping at all. A few customers around me were also commenting on the situation and wondering why she was the only person working the floor during such a busy rush. I wasn’t able to get the other employee’s name because she never came back out, but she had purple-ish locs and gave off a very nonchalant, lackadaisical attitude. As a customer, it came across as careless and unprofessional. I understand places can be understaffed, especially on a Sunday morning, but watching one employee be left alone to manage everything while no one stepped in to support her was frustrating to witness. Please do better!

  Service is very polite, especially in my server Egypt located at short hills mall NJ
