Regardless of the hustle of the mall, Fonzi and the Nordstrom Ebar crew are an absolute class act. No matter how long the line gets, their patience never breaks, their professionalism never wavers, and their cordial energy is a total breath of fresh air. Their m.o. needs to be mimicked at Menlo Park mall.

Workers are all very nice and positive. Average price but the food is well done and the desserts are tasty. Quick service and good snacks.

If I could leave 6 stars I would!! E-bar does not have brown sugar shaken espresso but Fonzy made it even better!! He made me a brown sugar espresso with pumpkin cold foam and it was delicious! 🤤 Hands down exceptional customer service!!!!

I approached yhe Nordstrom cafe to get coffee with my daughter. Fonzi, the manager, exuded such good energy. He greeted every customer with a giant smile, and I even saw him bringing coffee out to customers sitting and relaxing. A+ customer service and thank you for transferring your good energy to me!
