- MJMarwa JaniniAug 16, 20261.0A mouse literally ran out of this store while we were there. When we brought it to the employee’s attention, he immediately denied that it came from the store and insisted it came from the other side. We told him that we had actually recorded it on video, and at that point he had nothing to say. I normally would not leave a negative review over one incident, but the way it was handled was really disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the situation or showing any concern, the immediate response was simply to deny it. On top of that, the woman who works behind the register has consistently been rude during our visits. Seeing a mouse is concerning enough, but dismissing a customer when there is literally video of what happened makes it worse. Unfortunately, after this experience, I felt a review was warranted.

- DCDominic CApr 8, 20263.0I mean it’s a dunkin, so I’m not expecting anything exceptional. The manager/managers who are occasionally there are pleasant, friendly, attentive, and do their job well. This is not the case for everyone there. Not in the spirit of calling anyone out, there are a few people there who act as though my presence is absolutely disdainful, fail to greet me, and continue to act like I ruined the day all the way to the end of the process. And, on multiple occasions have severely messed up my orders(not putting my espresso in my latte, which is an important part, not putting the syrup in, etc), which I never complain about, while I’m there, not to mention the espresso generally tasting like cigarette filters. I could get past all of this, though, as I am paying for what I get, but I would like to not get looked at as if Im a stain upon their day because I am always very pleasant and easygoing every time I go. Three stars because it’s 50/50 whether they’re pleasant and get my order right, my order is wrong and they try to blow me up with their minds

There is this sweet girl who works there who took the time to know my order and realizes the app messes up when you ask for a bagel twist warmed and she warms it for me!! They are all so nice and efficient here. And plus side they make the drinks correctly. Haha
