  We ordered take out and waited inside for around 30 minutes after it said it’s been ready for longer. Not one order was on the takeout shelf with about 10 other people waiting. And as soon as the worker asked us for our names they were right out and ready in the back i guess. Don’t understand why we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and then it’s automatically ready when we ask for it.

  Is the Chipotle brand going downhill? Two of the three menu items we ordered had a problem. First, sour cream was put on a burrito bowl that had NO request for sour cream on the app order or on the label on the lid. Someone was obviously not paying attention. Ok- no biggie- we discovered the error and returned to the store. The meal was remade and the staff person was apologetic. Returning home, another issue was discovered. The guac on a Veggie bowl consisted mostly of an entire unripe, rubbery avocado. Super disappointing. Not sure I’d choose Chipotle again and definitely not this Egg Harbor Rd location.

  It took so long for them to hand me my mobile order that was ready for pickup that people literally got in line, ordered their food, and exited the line with their food before I was helped. I waited longer for food that was less fresh.

  I went up there today at 11:26 AM It’s Friday and there’s no holiday. The guy turned me away saying that they weren’t open until 11:30 AM even though the doors were unlocked and the hours are online AND on the door of the establishment state that they open at 10:45 AM. I really need food for work so I was willing to wait a few minutes and I asked him if I could do that and he said that they weren’t even prepped yet so it could take until 12 o’clock to have everything set up. That is beyond unacceptable and frustrating. The store should’ve been open and prepared at least 40 minutes prior to me walking in and for it to not even be prepped yet is crazy unprofessional. That just messed up my entire morning. I don’t know if I will consider patronizing this location Ever again

  I always come here for my favorite meal, get the kids meal almost all the time but got charged for a soda cup even though it came with the meal?? Food is really good just upset. Didn’t even get a refund.
