  This was my first time ever trying Qdoba, and I honestly loved it. Jayla was the one helping me, and she was so nice, patient, and welcoming. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t really sure what to order, but she took the time to explain everything and helped me build a bowl that ended up being amazing. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I was surprised by how much variety they had compared to other places. There were so many toppings and options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Huge props to the cook because my meal was prepared perfectly. I also want to mention how clean this location was. The dining area, serving line, and overall restaurant looked very well maintained. The entire staff seemed friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family. After trying Qdoba and seeing the quality, variety, and customer service here, I honestly don’t see myself going back to Chipotle anytime soon. Thank you, Jayla and the team, for making my first visit such a great one!

  I honestly don’t understand how this location has a 4.9-star rating. After my experience, it feels completely disconnected from reality. This was my first time trying Qdoba. I decided to give it a chance because of the incredible rating, thinking I had finally found a worthy alternative to Chipotle. What I walked into at 9:30 PM was one of the most disappointing fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was nearly empty, and the food looked like it had been abandoned hours earlier. The carnitas were so dry they looked mummified. Several ingredients appeared old, dried out, and far from fresh. They were out of guacamole, out of pita crisps, out of multiple toppings, and about half of the salsa options were missing. The vegetables looked barely cooked. The queso and diablo sauce had developed that thick coating that only happens when food has been sitting untouched for an entire day. At that point, I wasn’t choosing what I wanted to eat—I was choosing from whatever happened to be left. What shocked me most is that this is the experience being served behind a near-perfect rating. If I had taken photos, people would immediately understand why I’m questioning how this location maintains such high reviews. I came in excited to try Qdoba for the first time. I left wondering how this food was considered acceptable to serve to paying customers. Between the missing ingredients, poor food quality, and lack of freshness, this was not just disappointing—it was a complete waste of money. First and last time trying Qdoba. I would strongly encourage management to review what is being served late at night and make this right, because no customer should pay for the experience I had.
