Didn’t even ask me what kind of beans I wanted , just poured the rice then the chicken and pushed my plate over to the next person. I ended up forgetting to get beans and when I got home, I realized that I received such a small portion of chicken. Very disappointed today!
- WRWilliam RussottoJul 14, 20263.0Message to the general manager: Lately I've been getting the impression that the employees have been pushed (hard) to serve the food as fast as possible. This probably helps a lot with efficiency and cutting down the line during busy times, but the employees are clearly rushing, and at times, they've made mistakes. Quite frankly, they look stressed. And to be honest, the last couple times I've felt like I was being rushed myself. For example, the first employee grabbed a bowl and asked me "brown or pinto" before I even had an opportunity to tell her I wanted a burrito. I don't know what your prerogative is here, but please don't transfer the stress of maintaining absolute efficiency to your employees. It affects the customers too.
