But for this location, on 2 separate occasions my daughter found hair in her food. First time, we got a refund for her quesadilla. Second time, customer service refused to refund. I'm assuming it's because it was a 2nd complaint and maybe they marked me as a "repeat" complainer. I get that some people out there want to get free food via complaints but this was not that. If Chipotle would have cared to see my order history, they would have seen how much I order and spend. It's been months since these incidents so I will be giving them another chance but I will have to carefully check my food. Hopefully this was just a freaky thing that happened to me twice but still...hair in food is not acceptable.
