  Great food, but apparently CAVA has added a new dining experience: eat your bowl before it blows away. 🌪️ The industrial fan inside is so powerful it was literally moving my lemonade cup and bowl across the table. Come hungry, leave aerodynamic.

  I had a bit of an uncomfortable experience while being served at CAVA. The employee preparing my bowl seemed careless and ignored several of my requests. I asked for extra protein, but she closed my bowl without adding it. I also asked for the dressing on the side, but she put it directly on top, and when I asked for a side of pita, that was completely ignored as well. I didn’t complain or say anything, but I was definitely uncomfortable with the service. What really changed my experience was the manager, Roger. He noticed what was happening while I was being served and approached me at checkout to apologize and make things right. I really appreciated that I didn’t even have to complain for him to recognize the issue and take accountability. His attentiveness and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer and completely turned the experience around. Thank you, Roger!

  The servers on the line was looking annoyed was not polite when I was asking to on the plate it was so very little portion and had to ask her to add a bit more. and was unprofessional. They also ran out of spoons - cups for water & forks Had a bad experience with these new staff Other time I came they were more polite and attentive and accountable.

  I had such a wonderful experience at CAVA! The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. I especially want to recognize Elizabeth, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and was so pleasant throughout my visit. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Elizabeth, and the entire CAVA team, for the amazing customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

  This place has been terrible with cleanliness and service. The employees dont have proper etiquette when handling food. Two workers held my food while walking around multiple visits. The manager female is also very rude when providing tips. I eat here alot in NYC but never saw this on a consistent basis. They need to hire more people thay speak English and have better service. I will leave an honest review whether good or bad if I decide to eat there again. No Bueno
