  The service here was awesome. It was my first time going and I was confused but the staff here still helped out and were nice about it!

  This place is busy but for a reason. The food is fresh and delicious and the people here will take care of you during the entire process. First time trying Cava but I have returned to this location because of the care and treatment

  I’m a regular of this store and love the food and the staff, but for the past week their ac has been down and it’s impossible to sit down and eat. It’s unbearable. I don’t know how the employees work in these conditions. The food can get bad in those conditions and it’s a bit concerning to eat food that is under such environment Everyone looks sweaty and it’s a bit concerning knowing that they’re serving food in those conditions. It’s a busy store and management should be more considerate about their clients and employees.

  WATCH WHO YOU GET to make your food. We watched everyone in line get a piled high bowl of food. When it came to our turn we got an apathetic teenage brat who filled our bowls half way and when food stuck to her spoon while serving she didn’t even bother to complete the recipes. I complained to her why everyone else’s bowls were overflowing over the rim and ours was half filled and she just looked at me with half closed eyes and didn’t even respond. The other server looked at my bows and sucked her teeth and busted out laughing at us. Never coming here again.
