  Absolutely disgraceful service from CAVA. I ordered a falafel bowl and was given a chicken bowl instead. This is not some complex engineering task — it is the most basic responsibility possible: READ THE ORDER and put the correct food in the container. Apparently even that is too difficult for your staff. I drove to pick up my food, went all the way back to work starving, opened the bowl, and realized your employees completely messed up the order. My entire lunch break and time were wasted because of pure carelessness and incompetence. What makes this even worse is that this mistake directly affects my religious beliefs. Thankfully I noticed it before taking a bite, because if I had unknowingly eaten chicken, this would have become an even bigger issue. It is honestly embarrassing that a company whose stock trades above $75 on the NYSE operates with such unbelievably low standards at store level. You charge premium prices yet cannot deliver the absolute minimum level of accuracy. Nobody is asking employees to perform surgery or solve rocket science — just match the food to the receipt correctly. This level of negligence shows terrible management, terrible training, and zero attention to customers. If employees cannot handle something this basic, then management seriously needs to reevaluate who they are hiring and how they are training them. Completely unacceptable, careless, and shameful experience. Customers should not have to double-check every single order because your staff cannot do the simplest part of their job properly.

  Service is slow especially on online pickup orders.if you have a short lunch dont order online pick from the already prepared food. This is second time I've waited over 15mins past when they told me my food was ready.

  This is my second time having Cava and it has been a very quick and easy pick up both times. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Today, the guy in the front, with the curly hair, didn’t catch his name, but was very welcoming and even greeted us on our way out, and truly went above and beyond to make it a better experience than our first. my best friend and I will definitely been coming back to this location more often! thank you!

  Hola la comida es muy rica pero la porción del salmón es demasiado pequeño para el precio,19 dólares por una porción porte de mi dedo por favor todo está caro si pero es un abuso , si puedo publicar la foto lo verán mi reclamo y mi enojo y con servicio no me gustó que las señoritas hablaran encima de la comida en el momento que están sirviendo esto fue Sábado 9:15 de la noche 01/05/2026

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA, and I just had to highlight two team members who truly made the visit stand out Christopher Mosquea and Danny with the glasses at the register. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with genuine warmth and positive energy. Their charisma made the whole ordering process enjoyable, and they took the time to make sure everything was just right. We usually don’t dine in, but because of their welcoming attitude and great energy, we actually decided to stay and enjoy our meal and I’m so glad we did. It’s not every day you come across customer service that feels this authentic. They were attentive, friendly, and created an atmosphere that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Because of them, this visit wasn’t just about great food it was a great experience overall. Huge shoutout to Christopher and Danny for going above and beyond. CAVA is lucky to have them!
