  Me and my amigos went to this buffalo wild wings to enjoy the knicks game I am very disappointed by my visit today. Will not be hearing from me again. Start off we got seated six of us and we ordered pick six meals only two burgers out of the six came out correctly when they were reordered after telling the server that they were wrong still didn’t come out right. Then not only that we order the unlimited appetizers we were given one serving after an hour later we still didn’t get another one till asked again then we got it. We were waiting so long for a refill to the point we had to get our own refill. Overall the service was horrible. Never got another even after asking for another. Asking for the check while waiters were standing around our original waiter never came to give us the check.

  Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. It seems like my orders are always getting messed up. This time I specifically ordered a salad WITH dressing and asked for NO tomatoes. The order arrived with no dressing at all and 3 huge tomato slices in the salad. It’s frustrating when simple instructions can’t be followed correctly. Definitely need to improve order accuracy and attention to customer requests.

  I had actually stopped coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings location because of past terrible service, but we came back today because my son requested it for his birthday—and I am so incredibly glad we did! Our server, Evan, gave us an absolutely amazing experience. Even though the restaurant was visibly busy, he went completely above and beyond to make sure my son felt incredibly special. He was attentive, kind, and brought so much amazing energy to our table—he literally made sure the entire restaurant knew we were celebrating a birthday today! Evan completely changed our view of this location. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality, we had a wonderful celebration. Thank you, Evan! We will definitely be back

  I most definitely recommend this restaurant me and my family had gone on a vacation or from Rhode Island and this Buffalo Wild Wings has gone out of their way every single night and accommodated my family tonight. 10 minutes before closing the grill was already closed. The manager named Bryan turned that grill back on and made food for my family and my kids. There’s nothing else to eat out here. I really appreciate it and I would recommend coming here any day it’s clean and the food was great.

  Hours online are wrong. They are faster to get food if your order in the store. My order was not ready when it was expected. The guy said 10 min two min after my order was supposed to be done and then twelve min later a lady said it wasn’t ready still and did say why it was taking so long to make sliders and one dessert. I didn’t get my food until thirty two minutes after my order was supposed to be done and all they could say is they had a lot of orders. This is unacceptable and I won’t be coming back to this location again. From the time I placed my order to when I got my food took fifty two minutes to make four sliders and to heat up a cookie.
