Colonial Park Bakery is proud to bring together two beloved Jersey Shore bakery traditions.
Our family has owned Colonial Bakery since 1998, serving the barrier island with fresh-baked breads, rolls, pastries, crumb buns, cakes, coffee, and classic shore favorites. In January 2026, we purchased Park Bakery, a Seaside Park staple since 1946, and after renovating the space, reopened in July.
As a bakery family through and through, we are honored to continue the traditions that made Park Bakery so loved while bringing the quality, care, and family-run feel Colonial Bakery is known for. Whether you’re a longtime local, a summer regular, or just visiting the shore, we’re happy to welcome you in and keep baking memories in Seaside Park.
