- EEEileen4 days ago4.0I went to the chipotle in wall today (October 10th around 7pm) and had a good experience. I was shocked to see the negative reviews about cleanliness and portion sizes. The counter was clean and the food was fresh. I dined in, and tables were clean and not sticky or grimy. Very shocked to see such harsh reviews especially after the experience I had today.

I asked for more and was told it’s portioned by the spoon. 2 1/2 scoops of chicken. The queso is nearly empty and brown and they still tried giving it to me. Asked for fresh and was told no. Asked for more chicken that I am paying for. No. Just 2 people behind the counter and they are obviously not happy. Floors are filthy. Trash overflowing. Tables filthy. This isn’t a one time issue. I used to come here after the gym 3x a week. Staff has changed. Attitudes have changed. Facility is dirty. No more for me. These places need a manager. Never once have I seen someone who appears to be a shift lead of manager here.

The staff was very unprofessional and the place was a mess- garbage cans were filled past the brim, and the drink fountain/utensil station was unorganized and missing necessary items such as napkins or straws. My cousin asked for guacamole and they gave him lettuce when he didn’t request for lettuce and when they finally gave him his guacamole, it was only a dab of it than a usual serving size, as if it was some sort of inside joke. The steak in our burritos had chunks of silver skin and fat caps still attached to it, and it was so chewy, our forks couldn’t even poke through it. Half the burritos were inedible because it was just fat cap and not meat. Don’t come here.
