  It's Monday morning it's 6:15am and the front door is still locked they are forcing people to only use the drive thru this is ridiculous what if morning commuters need to use the restroom how long do you normally keep the front door locked? And how many commuters do you turn away because of the front door being locked.

  This place is just genuinely butt, the staffs are very rude and always gave me and my friend the most dirtiest look, and one time I brought my friend here that spoke their language and she understood them, while we were ordering they were talking shit about us and we're saying things about me and my friend, they also are really loud and mostly talk the whole time, they made me and my friend wait for about 15-25 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese, and when we got it, it was burnt and you can tell it was rushed. I've been going to this place for about 2 years and ever since these two staffs got hired things have been different, before them the staffs were really nice and never made us wait this long. I only go here whenever I can and they know that.

  My daughter and I went to this location on Sunday 12/21. After purchasing our order we decided to sit in. My daughter went to use the one bathroom that was open and notice that there was FECES ON THE TOILET AND THE TOILET WAS FLOODED! I went to the employees and manager on duty to informed them of the unsanitary conditions and suggested they close the bathroom or fix the problem so others will not have to see that mess! They all just stared at me without saying a word. when I walked away they started laughing and joking around. We was there for 45min (working on something with our phones & needed to use wifi) 2 other people came inside while we was there and went to use the bathroom that was still opened and witness the disgusting bathroom also. The customer went to informed them and they just looked at him also. At that time I told the customer that I informed them 30min ago and no one did anything. I suggested to him to write a review.. It showed how they think of there customers no RESPECT AT ALL! A business like this will NOT GET MY BUSINESS!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! It tells alot about their cleanliness and food preparations if they couldnt even clean the bathroom or put a out of order sign on the door!
