I went here for the first time last Friday, lured down there by a coupon I received. I ordered a sandwich and a order of eggplant rollatini. The bill came to thirty five dollars, but with the $15 coupon I felt it was a good deal for $20. I got home, put the rollatini in the fridge and enjoyed the sandwich.
That night when I opened the rollatini I discovered only one piece, where it states on the menu you get three pieces for $19.96. I checked my receipt, and discovered it said what I ordered but the charge was $18.84.
So I called the next day to try and figure out what happened, and I recognized the voice on the phone as the young lady who had waited on me. I explained the situation, and she said I would have to speak to the manager, and put me on hold. 11 minutes later she came back on to say he couldn't speak to me right now, would I please leave my number and he would call me back, which I did.
Well that was Saturday, this is now Wednesday, an no call back. So I won't be going back, even after they sent me another coupon to thank me for my initial purchase, because I feel like I've been taken advantage of once, no need to have it happen again.
Buyer beware...
