- RTRd Tan4 days ago1.0This Place is severely understaffed and it can’t handle the volume. On multiple visits, there’s only one, two staff at most, servicing a long line and mobile orders. Right now this one guy is handling the register, preparing drinks, and preparing food. All the while, the line grows longer and longer. Avoid this place if you can. If you can’t avoid it, place your order on the mobile app and give pick up your order 15min-30min later.
- PWPatrick WatersSep 5, 20261.0Took forever to get to serving and gave the completely wrong donuts.
- BJBTH JonJul 5, 20261.0They only have 1 person behind the register running an entire store at this location & multiple different things at the same time store takes forever to get your order don’t come here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for a single coffee
- ATAnn TuffordMay 21, 20261.0I order through Doordash because I had surgery. There are 4 Dunkin in my area. This is the only store that doesn't use the safety protocol bags with their Doordash orders. They never pick up the phone so I can request it. Doordash wont give me a choice of stores to use. I dont understand why this store dont follow safety precautions
- TYTao YeMay 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I came to this Dunkin’ around 6 PM with my two young kids. We ordered two donuts and planned to eat inside. The employee told us we needed to clean up ourselves because he had already cleaned the area and the store would be closing soon. If the store is still open and serving customers, customers should not be made to feel unwelcome for eating inside. I understand preparing for closing, but the way this was handled was not polite or family-friendly. I hope management pays more attention to customer service at this location.
