Someone gifted me a sandwich from here, and as a first-time customer trying to order it again, it was an unforgettable experience. First call: I told the guy it had chicken cutlet, roasted red peppers, and (I thought) burrata. He had no clue what burrata was, so I said, 'Okay, maybe it's fresh mozzarella?' and he went ahead and built a completely custom sandwich for me. When I went in, I picked up their counter menu to show him it was actually already on there as the Chicken Suprimo! Second call: a different guy told me his favorite way to eat it was with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. I asked, 'Is it a glaze or balsamic vinegar?' and he insisted it was a glaze. Since I had zero confidence after the first round that he knew what he was talking about, I passed on it—and the woman in the back gently broke the news that they only have regular balsamic vinegar. My family is completely addicted now, and while the order takers may be clueless, the sandwiches are insanely good!
