- MSmelissa schaeferAug 10, 20262.0I was in Acme on 8/9. I needed lemons and liimes. Multiple bags were moldy. Lemons and limes are supposed to be refrigerated, why are they not refrigerated at Acme? In other grocery stores they are. I also got a sourdough everything loaf of bread, it was 50% off, but when I opened it the first piece was moldy. I have never written a review about a grocery store but I am because I ran in there again today to grab a couple things. I put a wrong phone number in, 1 wrong digit, when I told the the cashier she was so rude. Said the whole transaction has to be deleted and rerung. I didn't care about the points and I pointed out to her that the sale items came off. She said.. no they don't. I actually pointed to the screen to show her and she said it doesn't matter and deleted the order. I apologized multiple times. She was rude right from the beginning. Not one smile. I understand people have bad days so I am chalking this up to that!

She tried to rush me through the checkout process and push me toward the checkout lanes before I had finished. I was simply following the normal checkout procedure and knew exactly what I needed to do. Her attitude made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional.
