Great burgers with cheese perfectly integrated with the patty. Always more fries than you need - but that's a good thing. Lots of choices to customize your burger , and the shakes are also fantastic.

We arrived at 945 and the workers were rushing to go home and lied saying they have no more patties. She was on the grill making another order and didnt want to serve us. Terrible staff get people who actually want to work. I wont be returning to this location.

Just left this Five Guys and honestly, this was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a long time. There was basically no flavor in anything. The burger itself had almost zero taste, and the meat quality tasted bad—which is crazy for a place that charges what they do. The fries were even worse—very doughy, undercooked, and extremely underseasoned. Just bland and honestly not enjoyable at all. The shake was whatever, nothing special, and it actually seemed smaller than I remember Five Guys shakes being. For how expensive this place is, I was expecting way higher quality. I genuinely would’ve been better off going to Fuddruckers around the corner or even McDonald’s. The staff were friendly, so no issues with them, but the wait was way too long—especially considering I was the only person in the restaurant. This is 100% a management/ownership problem. The employees seem like they’re just doing what they’re told, but whoever is running this location is doing a terrible job. The lack of quality, poor preparation, and slow service all point to bad management. This falls directly on the manager or the owner of this Five Guys. Nothing is going to improve unless leadership changes—blaming the workers isn’t the answer. Overall, I seriously regret eating here.

The food never misses, it’s always consistent! Atmosphere is nice. The highlight of my experience was the service. I went 30 mins before they close and all the workers there all had a happy-go-lucky attitude! They all smiled at me, and the one giving the food to me was so kind!

Conveniently located just off of route 10 eastbound in succasunna, you will find your typical five guys burger place. The burgers and toppings are usually tasty and fresh. As far as ordering fries, just order a small one and you usually get double or triple what other restaurants would give you. They also have free peanuts while you're waiting for your order. Mind you, they are probably one of the most expensive burger places around, but you do get two large beef patties and as I said, the food is very fresh. You also get self-serve soda fountains there as well. If you're looking for a coffee with your meal, Starbucks is just a few doors down.
