- RORobert OliverJan 9, 20221.0My wife and I ordered sandwiches at subway Roselle chestnut st back in November and my sandwich was not made correctly. I returned to the store with the incorrect sandwich I was told by the cashier that I could have my sandwich remade or get a credit for future use, I choose a credit which was written on the receipt because I traveled all the way back to the store from Union. I returned to the store to redeem my credit and was told by the store owner that he would not honor the store credit because it wasn't their policy to have it written on the receipt as if I knew or was involved in setting up the policy. I could have left with the sandwich I paid for back in November, I decided to give it back and get a refund for the other two sandwiches I had purchased and leave the store. I would never patronize the subway in Roselle.
