  Worst Dunkin' Donuts, I repeated myself twice because she may pretend she couldn't understand me because she wanted to play games over the intercom, I said, decaffe, clearly twice, I have a heart condition and they gave me regular on purpose. Now I feel sick Because somebody wants to have fun Maybe I'll contact the lawyer was not a honest mistake

  This is definitely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations that I have been to. I had to repeat myself at the drive thru and then when I approached the window to pay, no one was there to greet and take payment. I can see three employees walking around with no sense of urgency. My avocado toast was sitting at the window and quite frankly, I probably could have reached in an took it and they wouldn't even notice. One of the employees finally came to the window and gave no greeting. He just pointed to the order as if to ask if it was mine. He took the payment and had the nerve to crumple the receipt without asking me if I would like it I will never stop here again. The worst experience.
