I visited this establishment on September 14, 2026, and I will never recommend or return to this restaurant again. The food is just okay, the portions are small, and the prices are astronomical—charging $8 for just a jerk chicken beef patty and cocoa bread is an absolute rip-off.Worse than the prices is their concerning lack of sanitation standards. They placed my food directly into a raw brown paper bag without proper food-safe wrapping. When I called to speak with a manager about this unsanitary practice, the employee who answered was incredibly dismissive, snapping, "That’s just how we do work here." With so many health risks and diseases going around the world today, establishments must be held to strict hygienic standards.Beyond the hygiene issues, the customer service dynamic was deeply troubling. Based on my experience, there is a clear double standard in how people are treated here. When African-American customers speak up, critique the service, or question standards, we are dismissed, ignored, and treated disrespectfully. Yet, right in front of me, white customers were being treated with the utmost respect. We should not be treated like our concerns don't matter just because we are holding a business accountable. If they are this careless with food safety and this biased and dismissive toward their own community, they do not deserve our data or our money.
