The people that make my ice cream shakes move ridiculously slow where you should not come here if you are in a rush. Their slow movement is so unnecessary. It's like making a shake in a slow mo. Employees are bit weird. Indian lady was making me a shake one time and was just screaming through her phone, which is unprofessional to do while you're working. The Indian guy who works here rips me off. The menu says small milkshakes are $4.99 and mediums are $5.99 and he is telling me there is only a 25 cents difference, but when he charges me, he is wrong and the menu was correct. This location is still slightly better than the Livingston Mall one.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
