Hoagie roll was absolutely stale & tasteless, ie, cardboard; belongs in the trash & not in my take-out order -- just ruined the entire meal. Did I say that this is my 1st & last time of buying Primo Hoagies? Take a guess...

She asked for no oregano and watched them put it on then got told when asked that the other guy DID NOT put it on when we watched him put it on. She asks for manager and skinny underage kid says he’s the boss then an African with dreads said he’s the boss. Every1 must be a boss at primos huh? Then we get a gift card like that’s going to change how crappy food was. I use the gift card go to pick up my food and they sayd no order came thru and pretty much I’m screwed. Kid with tat on face wouldn’t give me my money back. Told me he can place another order. Food is horrible. The 20 managers are atrocious. Manager with dreads sayd was poppin and acted like he wanna fight me my family. What does that even mean? Nice job for morris county. Gotta do better

Unfortunately, it hasn't been open for quite some time and there's no real explanation as to why, nor can I find any documentation on the closure. Will update review if it ever fixes the random closures. Update: it is open again and the cheesesteaks are just as good as before.
