  Simply pressing the button on the soda lid for diet does not in fact magically turn a regular Coke into a Diet Coke. Attention to detail is really important, people with diabetes order diet soda for a reason. This has now happened at this location multiple times. I am done giving them another chance.

  came in to order and all the employees started groaning in frustration immediately like they aren’t open for 24 hours. I’m sorry that we came in 10 minutes before the lobby closed (we didn’t know, we’re not from here) but it was so that your wait times in the drive through wouldn’t be bad since we were a bigger group. if you’re open for 24 hours then stop complaining when we come in

  I don’t really eat McDonald’s it’s not something I consider food for me, but my mom enjoys it, so I picked some up for her. To each their own.

  I ordered some ice cream cones through the app for table service and provided my table number, but they never brought them to me. When I went up to the counter, there they were—simply melting away. I am keeping an eye on my children in the play area; do they actually offer table service, or is it really that difficult for them to come over and call me? The service is terrible, and it is much more expensive than at other McDonald's locations I have visited.
