    This Chipotle was absolutely disgusting ggl&pla. From entering all i saw was dirty tables and flooring. Every table was dirty. The drink dispenser had no ice. The condiments and utensils area was gross there was spilled drink all over everything and trash sitting in one of the silver containers that hold the condiments. Even the food area was gross. Please do better here seriously!

    I order a bowl and never again. It was suppose to be a vegetarian bowl and I found a chicken bone in my bowl. The place is dirty and disgusting. Health inspectors should shut this place down immediately!!!!

    This place is 🤮. Stopped in her to grab a quick dinner and immediately left. Garbage all over the place, every table had trash on it which makes sense because the trash was overflowing. It was not even busy and multiple workers just standing around. The food prep area was even worse than the dining area. No way you leave here without getting sick. How is this location not shut down by the state. Never again, embarrassing. This locations entire management should be fired.

    Completely Unacceptable Went for dinner here to celebrate end of the school year for my kids. What a mistake. Food 1) They got my daughter's order wrong 2) I ordered a high protein bowl and the employee had no idea what I was talking about so I had to take out my phone and show it to them on their own website! 3) My wife has celiac and until I prompted him 3x about it, he was just going to contaminate everything. Atmosphere I was horrified to find the store in the filthy condition it was in. It wasn't even busy (there were maybe 5 customers besides us) and the employees were standing around doing nothing half the time. Nobody cleaned the entire time we were there. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION.

    I do indeed support all the negative reviews of this restaurant. The NEW JERSEY HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to do a raid ASAP to shut this place down. While enjoying a double steak bowl, I spotted a small winged insect—similar to a lacewing or mayfly—stuck to my food. I've attached a picture to illustrate. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, they kindly offered to replace my meal. I chose to decline, hoping this incident would prompt a review of your hygiene practices rather than just a replacement. What alarmed me further was that the serving line continued without any visible effort to address the cleanliness issue. While waiting, I noticed the dining area appeared neglected, with food debris on the tables and trash piling up. Combined with the insect incident, this raised serious concerns about the sanitation standards at this location. Additionally, many previous Google reviews indicate that cleanliness has often been a concern among customers, with current ratings at 3.8 and multiple comments highlighting similar issues. This pattern underscores the need for urgent attention. I contacted management, who wouldn't give a full refund but did offer 2 free meal vouchers. If anyone wants them, I will never eat at Chiople at any store.
