  Don’t try to go after 9:30. They will have nothing left. It was also absolutely disgusting in there with employees obviously not making any food… not sure what else they’re so busy doing.

  I went in yesterday and am still in shock from how unprofessional a manager was. This women has such bad aura I felt so bad for the workers who just are being overworked. The line was going extremely slow even tho there were more then two people working on the line and the only person cooking in the back was getting yelled at by what looked like a manager who was just standing around telling people to work while she just stood there. Just useless if you ask me…..i was just looking at everyone else in line in shock this women is extremely unprofessional and should get fired. I hope the women who was getting yelled at finds a different job to work in she looked extremely tired even though she tried her best to stand up for the bs and I felt so terribly bad for her. I hope you see this and you can reach out to me I own a restaurant and we don’t abuse our workers I see the work ethic and admire it.   They always take an insane amount of time to get your order ready. Expect to wait about 20 minutes or more. Every single time… Absolutely ridiculous. Also the place is very dirty

  "I visited the Rockaway Chipotle recently and was very disappointed by the lack of basic cleanliness. The dining area looked completely neglected-tables were covered in food debris, and the floors appeared as though they hadn't been swept in hours. To make matters worse, when I went to get my utensils, there were no forks, spoons, or knives available. It's frustrating to pay for a meal and not even have the proper supplies to eat it. Between the dirty atmosphere and the lack of essential items, it's clear this location is struggling with management and upkeep. I hope they take health and sanitation more seriously in the future, but until then, I won't be returning.

  I don’t like it. I go here on my lunch break at 1pm and the place is a MESS and the teenagers working there look like they’d rather be anywhere else and there’s never any food.. I go during the night and it’s the EXACT SAME DEAL. Maybe like 2 competent people in the whole joint while the clueless manager just yaps and runs around pretending to look busy… while his store is in total shambles. I’m writing this now because I came in today on my lunch break to him screaming bloody murder from the back.. then he come out and marches around to see if anyone heard him as if his restaurant doesn’t look like an earthquake hit it
