  Let me be very clear on what i just witnessed at this place and I csn absolutely promise you that I will never ever step foot in this place again! #1 my order comes to 21.50, I give you 25 and instead of giving me 3.50 back u give me 3 dollars and 4 dimes.. ok im gonna let that slide cuz its only 10 cents. #2 Im sitting down watching the guy at the grill flip burgers and bacon.. then I see the guy slip a piece of bacon in his mouth. I get up and stand at the counter making sure I saw what I just saw.. i could've made a scene, but i didnt say nothing.. then he proceeds to take a bite of something in a tin with a fork sticking out of it. The girl at the fry station and " the manager" sees him do this. then the fry girl witnesses my reaction.. then.. the same guy at the grill takes both hands and takes a bite out of a sandwich or (something that required both hands) and puts it back in tin with the fork sticking out. The fry girl sees me watch him do this.. then she says something to him in Spanish and he walks into the back with another blonde girl just chewing away. Comes back out, never changed his gloves!! I walk over to her and ask her. " Is this normal to be eating food at the grill with the same gloves that you're handling people's food with?? I am not ok with this at all!" She says the manager is right over there.. oh great the same guy who doesn't know the difference between 4 dimes and 2 quarters.. awesome🙄 #3 I go back to the register and i say to the "manager" is this normal to have the guy at the grill touching raw burger meat and raw pork and eating food with the same gloves that hes handling people's food with that you just watched him do and cross contaminate everyrhing?? I am not ok with that and I would like a refund because im appalled at what i just witnessed. Ma'am im sorry.. apology not accepted because you as the "manager" watched him do all.of that and said nothing! #4 Refund should be $21.50 please. Im sorry blah, blah. Refund please.. cash or card? Huh? You have my receipt in your hand and there was 1 customer after me, so you dont remember me giving u cash and you handing me back change?? Fine.. its busy I get it. (Still holding my composure and not making a scene) it was cash. 21.50 refund. You then give me a 20 a single and 4 dimes again. Now im pissed because not only are you preparing and handling food with unsafe and unsanitary practices but you can't even do simple math to know the difference between 4 dimes or 2 quarters?? Any reason why u gave me 4 dimes instead of 2 quarters (or 5 dimes)? Oh im sorry ma'am.. As a matter of fact give me my.other dime that you shorted me from the original transaction because this place is not even gettng a dime from me! Not only are you cross contaminating, but you're also preparing and handling people's food with unsafe and unsanitary practices!! No thank you! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I will NEVER EVER order ANYTHING from this establishment EVER AGAIN and I hope the Health Dept sees this post! Having worked in the food service business, there are some things that YOU JUST DONT DO!!! ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WHO'S FOOD YOU'RE HANDLING!! Disgusted with this place and a formal complaint will be made to corporate!

  We ordered a milkshake and we did not get a milkshake. We were very disappointed. The prices are also pretty high but they give you free nuts so that is nice. I am still sad about my milkshake😕

  The meat was so undercooked. I wish I could get my money back and the fries were thrown all over the bag never going back to five guys it ruined my experience cause it was my first time trying it. 2/21/26 at 6:15 I was there around that time I got my order.
