- UPUsername PendingJul 16, 20265.0To say there's nothing unique or special about this Five Guys is a good thing - you know what you expect when you come here. Plenty of fries, free peanuts, and a pricey but delicious burger. The shakes are pretty good too.

I regularly used to sit down and eat but for more than a week now I can’t. The humidity and heat prevents me from sitting in at the restaurant. The employees also looked very uncomfortable and some were even sweating over the food due to the high temperature in the facility.

However, when we got our food, all of the fries we ordered had been dumped together into one large paper bag, which was honestly quite disgusting. When we unwrapped our burgers, they were almost soaked with oil. It was very disappointing, and unfortunately, the food wasn’t even good. Stinky sticky restrooms. Paper towels weren’t working properly. Overall, this experience was far below our expectations, and I hope this restaurant pays more attention to food presentation in the future.

To make matters worse, the fries were just thrown messily into the bottom of the bag like it was a feeding trough. Charging this kind of money for such poor quality is unacceptable. Total disaster! We won't be back. We'd honestly prefer Taco Bell, as they never let us down. Avoid this place at all costs!!! On top of that, the restroom was uncleaned and completely filthy!!!
