  There was a male employee with long hair, and I have never met someone so rude and disrespectful in my life. My friends and I just wanted to get a pizza, but he practically threw it at us. It felt like he treated me differently because of my accent. He is the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered. This location should be investigated by management as soon as possible because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. My friends and I will never come back to this Pizza Hut, and I will make sure everyone knows about my experience.

  I have ordered from this location on numerous occasions and the staff is polite, pleasant and helpful. The food is always cooked perfectly. As far as online ordering the app is user friendly, the speed of the order is fast and the time the give you is never late. I recommend this location to anyone looking for tasty food and good atmosphere.

  Pan pizza is always raw. This store specializes in pizza, I'd like to think they'd know how to cook it!

  When I saw that there was a Pizza Hut in Rio Grande, I was excited to get some pizza with that crispy crust on the bottom, however this pizza wasn’t like that. I ordered the pizza on the website. I saw a special for a large pizza with 3 toppings for $10.99. I chose the special, added pepperoni and extra cheese and opted for the original pan pizza, thinking I’d get that crispy crust. I picked up two pizza’s one with pepperoni and one with extra cheese and paid over $16? And the crispy crust was nonexistent. Not sure how the errors happened..
