- EJErica JamesSep 17, 20261.0Human kindness and decency goes a long way. My husband is a delivery driver and NEEDED to use a restroom today. When asked, a girl at the front desk kept refusing. Customers only. He has SEVERE chrones disease , that causes extreme pain when there is delays to access. After seeing he was getting no empathy from this worker after begging, and her CLEARLY SEEING the pain in his body language, he said he would buy something to just please let him use the restroom. I understand your just "doing your job" and "following management rules", but there are times where you need to turn off the corporate kiss ass, and show people humility. He should have just pooped right there on the floor, but my husband isn't a pig. Your allegiance to a corporation will get you nowhere. Also, if this is a rule from management n which let's be real underlings are scared to lose their jobs so they will listen to management, you severely need to reevaluate your empathy. Have the day you all deserve.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
