- MMmikevenom11 day ago1.0Service here is horrible! I'm a door dash driver and I was ignored by 2 employees upon walking in. 1 was sweeping who I said hi to and was ignored and the other behind the counter speaking in Spanish on her cell phone ignored me as well. Approx 8 minutes later a young guy came out of the back and helped me finally. Another 5 minutes later I got the Latte the customer ordered about 10 minutes before I got there. We are timed on these orders that we take and it can affect our pay! Unacceptable! Do better Dunkin!

I only go here because it's one of the only places to get fast breakfast in town because this town has NOTHING bur Pizza places for food. The wait time is insane I have stopped going here in the morning on my way to work because I am always late for work because the line is so long. They usually aren't bad at lunch time.

The thing says “good morning what would you like to order” and as soon as you start speaking another voice comes over annoyed saying“hold on!”. Maybe change it to “ welcome etc, somebody will be with you shortly” or just get rid of it. Secondly, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that cannot make a hot cappuccino properly. Not sure if you are trying to save a buck on grounds, or if you are reusing grounds but it’s so weak it’s undrinkable.
