I love cheesecake. Maddalenas not only sells me some of the best cheesecake ever, they sell pot pies, ravioli and other desserts. I keep a frozen cheesecake just in case. We tried their apple pie and it's amazing. Maddalenad is a little out of the way, and its worth the trip.

I cannot begin to explain the satisfaction my husband and I got our first time inside Maddalena’s this past Saturday!! What an amazing experience! What an amazing family friendly atmosphere it was! We were immediately greeted by a gentleman I believe his name was Jonah-What a great and friendly person! Gave us a full tour of everything in their place and it was a great pleasure to meet this family! They even had an homemade pink salt product that was from her late husband that out of respect I had to purchase in his honor! I was not disappointed because on the way home we got an order of fries to share on the rest of our drive home and forgot to ask for salt packets lol so we opened the salt we purchased from Maddelane’s and what amazing flavor it had!! And the FOOD??? Omg absolutely delish! Granted I went inside pretty hungry but that had zero to do with the amazing food they have! We tried this pie there…it was an orange creamsicle cheesecake and OHHH MYYY GOODNESS…it literally tickled every single tastebud on my tongue as it did the he insides of my cheeks as well lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone go in there to ask for that and you won’t be disappointed! There are actually no words to describe how good it was and so we bought one for home! We also tried their sourdough chocolate chip cookie that was baked in store by an in house sourdough company and we brought that for the road back home and I almost wanted to go back a few blocks away because it was sooooo freaking delicious!!! But we were already late on schedule for our day so continued home! We also bought a key lime pie that was to die for that we shared with company that day! We will 100% be going back there for more goodies soon!! They’re about an hour away from us but definitely worth the drive!! Please go check them out if you haven’t because you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Just picked up a pumpkin Cheesecake and some spring berry cheesecake ice cream. Absolutely phenomenal. Janet took the time to introduce herself and walk me through everything they had to offer. Incredible service, will be back again for sure!

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of Maddalena's gluten free sourdough bread. First of all, the price point. It's $12 for half a loaf and $23 for a whole! It isn't a generous loaf, either. Probably about a week and a half's worth of bread.
I wouldn't have minded paying such a price as a treat, had it been edible. I've spent a lot of time trying different gluten free breads. This bread in particular was dense to the point that you couldn't chew it. I purchased a frozen loaf and let it thaw for several hours before attempting to eat it. One bite was reminiscent of sawdust. The next was acidic. I am not one to waste food, but I threw out the entire loaf.
The loaf is encased in plastic wrap. There is no indication of a best buy date, a brand, nutrition facts, or an ingredients list. If you are gluten free, regardless of the reasoning, it is extremely important to have access to the ingredients going into a dish. This is because many GF people have other allergies or intolerances to ingredients that metabolize similarly in the body (yeast extract and xanthan gum, for example). Please consider changing your recipe and including the ingredients (at the very least) on the packaging!
I will say that their service was lovely. The person working the counter informed us on future orders and who makes the bread.
