  I’m actually crying laughing rn I got an ore cloud latte and the lady at the counter started playing a game of removing ice from the cup when I asked for less ice I told her keep removing ice I just wanted like a few lives she said I will charge you extra for no ice BROOO WHATTT??? Actually hilarious and they always mess up orders tastes like dirt

  Horrible customer service! My daughter told the guy the drink she wanted and he proceeded to make it differently than what he was told. He then proceeded to yell at my daughter once she corrected him. This is UNACCEPTABLE

  I went in to the store today to order and drink and had a reward that I wanted to redeem. When I went to scan the reward the balance did not change. I made the employee aware of the reward that I wanted to use but he proceeded to scream at me that it was my fault that the reward did not work and that I needed to pay. The employee continued to scream at me for 5 minutes while I tried to calmly explain the reward. They took the balance that was on my app and I left with no drink. I will never go back to this Dunkin again.

  Every single time I have went into the Dunkin’ Donuts the workers have been slow, rude, and crafts with everybody in the café. Today they decided to turn me away because the person behind the counter did not want to make five drinks, five minutes before closing. Absolutely atrocious behavior and the people currently working at this. Dunkin’ should be removed from their positions for a full rest staff. I have not received adequate service from a single person that works here.

  It was horrible. They gave me the wrong kind of munchkins I wanted 25. They gave me only 15 munchkins I paid all the money for the other 10 that I had. The servers altitude was horrible. They were yelling and screaming at the customers horrible experience if you come across this Dunkin, do not enter. Do not go inside and definitely do not get anything the worst of all is the cashier. What are we ordered cause I had the wrong drink. He yelled at me. He left the next customer come and cancel my order. It is crazy about how much one star reviews this place has disgusting one star. Donuts were stale
