- MMMeganJun 23, 20264.0great ice cream and i’m really glad we have a local ben & jerry’s. my only feedback is the wooden spoons. i sincerely appreciate the sustainability effort, but they are extremely unpleasant to use. it gives me goosebumps- comparable to the nails on a chalkboard feeling others experience. i was embarrassed about this until one of my friends recently expressed the same sentiment about the wooden spoons. it genuinely has prevented me from going there several times unless i bring my own spoon lol. i wish i was joking, but i know i'm not the only one. i’d love to see an alternative spoon option available again one day, even if it’s upon request. otherwise, always a great experience.
