  I’ve been there 3 times since it opened a month or two ago. They got the order wrong each time. When you’re buying a quick weeknight dinner for a small family and they forget ALL of the food for your youngest..that presents another problem. I have an upset kid because they forget 100% of her order. Shouldn’t have to count every single item in the multiple drive through bags, it’s not that hard. I’m done with this Taco Bell location. Won’t go back.

  I’ve been going to Taco Bell for years and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place. I sat at the drive-thru menu for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order and nobody answered. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. After waiting way too long, I finally drove up to the window just to see what was going on. Instead of a simple apology, the staff had an attitude and were incredibly rude. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and honestly came across as discriminatory. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. Customer service used to mean something. If employees don’t want to help customers, they shouldn’t be working the drive-thru. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Whoo whoo hold on just a minute here. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life ! Who knew the fries were supposed to be crispy ? This place is amazing please don’t change a thing ! Who ever is giving a bad rating is not normal. Go here and see how right I am !
