  Blizzards were great. Disappointed with the service as well as the fact they do not participate or honor any of the deals/promos DQ has available. We had to ask for spoons, the manager said that was a new requirement per DQ and they didn’t even do the blizzard flip! I did notify corporate that I’d like to discuss with them, they said they’d pass the info onto the owner for them to get back to me…

  Took my elderly mother to enjoy some ice cream. I walked up to the window but was surprised to see the drive thru. Ice cream was excellent as always. The server was very nice and served quickly. Definitely will be back.

  I had such a great experience thanks to the young woman with reddish hair and glasses. She was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and her positive attitude made the entire experience so much easier. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps. She stayed professional, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Employees like her make a lasting impression, and she’s a huge asset to the team. I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized because she truly deserves it. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
