She was standing right next to me, and I asked her twice nicely. I am absolutely certain she heard me, but she completely ignored me. She was busy wiping down the drink machine and didn’t even bother to look up, acknowledge me, or say, “One moment.” What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee who was standing farther away heard me and immediately said she could help. She quickly brought me two spoons and was very polite. I understand that employees can be busy, but simply acknowledging a customer takes only a second. Being deliberately ignored, especially by someone who appeared to be in a management position, felt extremely rude and unprofessional. The other employee was helpful and courteous, but the way this manager treated me left a very negative impression of this location.

I even ordered a gallon of tea. I was only provided with one placemat and one for I also added a Cobb salad to my order for myself and I paid $.50 extra for addressing not only did they forget both but they even forgot to add my blue cheese that I paid extra for it. I called them back and no one responded. I will not be here again.

He took my order, with a smile on his face throughout it all. When he was in the back i saw him busting his ass to make sure the Chick-fil-A was properly running. This man needs a raise… NOW! i hope all the best for him.
