  This is my 6th time at this location this month. The food has been consistently good every single time. There’s nothing more pleasing than visiting an established with consistently good food and good portions every-time you visit. Please keep this up!

  I was served by Katherine at CAVA, and she was absolutely beautiful and incredibly kind. She greeted me with a smile, was patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience great. She’s a perfect worker and someone who truly makes customers feel welcome.

  excellent experience at Cava. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcome. I was greeted by Katherine an incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive young woman which set the perfect tone for a fantastic meal. It is a pleasure to visit places where customer service is so exceptional

  Very disappointing experience. The staff preparing the food was unfriendly and didn’t speak to us at all. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, and no one communicated with us throughout the ordering process. It honestly seemed like they didn’t want to serve customers because it was close to closing time. They were out of several ingredients around 9:25 PM, but didn’t mention it. we only found out after asking for specific items. To top it off, my bowl was less than half full, which was unacceptable for the price. This place has completely devalued the CAVA.

  I love CAVA, but the staff at this location were very disrespectful. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and I was the only customer at the time. Instead of paying attention to my order, the employees were talking and laughing among themselves while taking it. They barely listened to what I was asking for. After I paid, no one gave me my food. The cashier walked away and continued chatting with other employees, leaving me waiting without any explanation. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I enjoy CAVA’s food, but the customer service at this location was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service.
