- AAAnanda AlvaradoOct 5, 20261.0Very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Dunkin. The employee was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable while I was trying to place my order. I was told that I could “just take 10 seconds” to order, otherwise I would have to leave the drive-thru. I understand that drive-thrus can be busy, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. She was yelling at me repeatedly that I took too long and I literally didn’t take more than 2 minutes to order. I’ve never had an employee speak to me like that at Dunkin before. The way I was treated was unnecessary and completely ruined my experience. I hope management addresses the way customers are being spoken to because no one should feel rushed or disrespected when placing an order.

I understand the cutting of hours and budgeting of the store but how are you supposed to gain sells with no staff.
