  95+ degrees outside and didn't feel like cooking and making the house hot since we've got the AC going. Decided to order Domino's bc they've always been reliable with good pricing and delivery services. Took advantage of the $6.99 mix & match: hand tossed build your own; Hawaiian; ExtravaganZZa, and garlic knots aka parm bread bites were thrown in for a lower price at $2.99 so snatched that deal as well. App indicated an eta of 27-42 min. I received texts updates that the order was being worked on, the driver was on his way, and finally another text when he was at the door. It was the fastest service ever, arriving in 20 minutes exceeding our expectations in service, taste, value and quality. Thanks so much! I'd post pics but everything was devoured.

  I am writing to formally complain about a delivery order #209 I placed last night for a Buffalo chicken sandwich and plain chicken wings. The order arrived unusually fast, and upon inspection, the food was significantly undercooked. The chicken wings were bloody and raw in the center, and the cheese on the sandwich was not melted. When I called to request a replacement, the representative was incredibly rude and initially refused saying "is nothing I can do to help unless the entire original order was returned. After a difficult exchange, they eventually agreed to send a replacement sandwich. However, that replacement never arrived. The audacity to lie and ignore my complaint and risk the life of others like they do not care. I am extremely disappointed by both the dangerous quality of the food and the unprofessional service I received. As I paid for a meal that was inedible and never properly replaced. I request a full refund.

  I like Domino's pizza. There I said it. I am Italian and I like it. I have received so many jobs at my heritage based on the fact that I am Italian and actually prefer Dominos to all others. However, what they are the best at one thing at..they are literally, without a doubt, the worse at executing the delivery of their superior product the level of service at each Dominos is dismal. But there is one in particular that made me..they made me!..leave this review based on how deplorable their service is, would be store number 4500 at 1019 St. George's Ave in Rahway NJ. Corporate take notice of whomever was working at 3:00 pm 4/23/26, because they are worthless employees and are probably costing you money instead of making you any. I always get thin crust pie cut and I always receive thin crust square cut. Every time I ask for it they do not do it and when I bring it up to them I barely get recognition that I spoke English words to them, i barely get acknowledged that I am a human being. I end up leaving just so I don't say something that may offend someone in the store. Well, I am going to last them here and on their corporate review site, Google review, anywhere I can inform the public on my experiences with this stores employees. I had to rush over to the store before the pizza gets out of the oven to tell them to cut the pizza traditionally rather than their default square cut. Which is flat out horrible. Whoever thought that was a good idea should be permanently banned from eating any traditional style pizza until he or she corrects the problem. If I don't do this they will definitely not do it on their own. So I get to the store and I see a male employee about to take a thin crust out of the oven with my toppings. The place is slow so I assume it is mine. He is talking to a coworker. I repeatedly call for his attention politely just by waving my hand a little and say "hey hey excuse me". I do this at least ten times. I see him look at me in the corner of his vision and reluctantly turn his head to me to address whatever pointless question I was going to ask him. He does this at the same time he proceeds to cut the pizza square cut. I then tell him, " pie cut buddy..that was supposed to be pie cut I bet..and I tried telling you. I am not paying for that. Either correct it or refund me my money. I see him look at the ticket and then the pizza and then to his coworker. I proceed to move out of the way of someone behind me and sat on a bench. The employees gather around each other and start talking in their native language, which is not English. I proceed to sit there for 30 minutes. Then I decide to see what sort of rocket science like discussion the employees are having. A young girl walks up to me and asks how she can help me. I told her my name and that it was an online order for me. She looks up at the pizzas, the only pizzas, by the way, that were sitting there, and proceeds to hand me my pizzas. I open the box and it is the same pizza that was square cut originally. I howl with laughter and proceed to yell are you kidding me?! All of the employees..the guy who cut it like that and the team members he was talking to are now staring at me like I am a raving lunatic. Which for the ale of keeping things strictly factual, I kind of am for the reason alone that it has taken me so far around 30 minutes to formulate this review. That alone is a an issue, but not Dominos fault. Or is it? One could say that the trauma I have received from have to endure the same level of incompetence from each Doninos around our nation I have been to, has caused me to develop a psychosis of some sort. I should ask Do I is to support an educational grant and fund the research into a condition their customers obtain after years of exposure to the toxic Dominos employees. Thanks Dominos!!

  Arrived home with my pie only to realize they gave me a totally different pizza from whay i ordered, i guess if the 2 ladies were actually paying attention rather than joking around when i arrived this would not have happened . Sadly i could not eat this.

  Pizzas continue to get smaller. The medium is a personal pizza size. What is a small now, a single slice? Can they get any smaller? The prices before using the coupons are ridiculous. The medium box is the size of a normal dinner plate. Delivery driver made me go down to street to meet him cause he didn't want to double park. Too bad for me I tipped when I ordered on line Is there a way to adjust the tip after the delivery? Think im done with Domino's unless its an emergency.
