- NCNP Cornell1 day ago1.0The pizza is almost always undercooked - to the point of the edge pulling off and the center being a doughy mess stuck to the soggy box. Yet somehow the garlic knots and cinnamon pullaparts are burned to the point of being inedible. Call the store and they don’t care, won’t even try to fix it; corporate says it is up to the store. Order from one of the many excellent local pizza joints, or worst case, from Dominos. I’m shocked any restaurant could consistently be so bad at franchised food

Had to call to cancel because I was foolish enough to give them money before I had the pizza in my hands. Also they would not pick up the phone and left me on hold for 20 MINUTES.
