We had such a great experience at Nimbu. The food was delicious and had such a unique, creative twist on Indian street food. Everything we tried was flavorful and fresh, but the must-tries are definitely the samosas, vada pav sliders, wings, and the lamb kofta rice bowl.
The owner and staff were so welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was also really cool with beautiful wall art and an open, spacious seating area that felt modern and inviting. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the Princeton area!

The food at Nimbu is absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic spices. Everything tasted homemade, especially the samosas, which were crispy, savory, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly and fast. If you enjoy bold flavors and delicious Indian street food, this place is definitely worth trying!

Terrible food with no authenticity! The pav bhaji was sad and not also served with any onions, infact sad gobhi sabzi , the mango lassi sour , the kathiroll- a sad wrap of some chicken pieces with a fat wrap, chicken wings were decent but nothing to die for , for the amount which I literally died paying !!! Nimbu you squeezed us bad!!!

Extremely overpriced for regular food. Note that the food was not bad. It was definitely made in a clean kitchen. However I can get the exactly same food from Indian convenience store for less than half the cost. Owners really need to rethink why would one person pay $8 for two samosas that are available for $3 or $15 for a roll that are available for less than $10.
Owners, Please do make some changes and I will really like to come back to your spot. Two stars are for good hygiene and nice location.
What a unique dining experience we had here! I came with my family and we ordered several things and shared. For appetizer we got the geela bhel, and my wife ordered the chicken tikka bowl and loved it. We also had the lamb bowl which was just as good. Coupled with the Nimbu pani fizz everything was a savory heaven. For dessert we picked the Jamun Churro Samosas, loved the twist on an Indian classic! Super flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely be back.
