What stands out immediately is the unique identity of every dish; the flavors are refined and balanced rather than overpowering, allowing the distinct character of each individual roll to shine through. It is clear that the focus here is on quality and craftsmanship rather than following a standard template. ​The Fire and Ice sushi is a true standout and a masterclass in culinary innovation. By removing the rice entirely, the dish highlights the pure quality of the fish, complemented perfectly by the texture of the caviar on every piece. Visually, it is stunning, but the taste is even more impressive, offering a sophisticated profile that I haven't encountered anywhere else. ​The attention to detail extends to the very end of the meal, maintaining a standard of excellence that is frankly unmatched. Even the ice cream plate arrived with perfect 90° angles, showcasing a level of geometric precision that speaks to the restaurant's discipline. I have never seen this level of artistry in a sushi restaurant before, making it a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

  Great sushi. Usually take out. Fish is impeccably fresh & preparations perfect for showcasing that. Highly recommended

  Had a wonderful dinner - food was excellent and service attentive. It is BYOB. The sauces were all just perfect and portions were fair. It was winter, so we weren't able to enjoy the patio, but it would have been very nice out in the spring/summer
