  Worst Chipotle I've ever visited — and I say that as someone who genuinely loves this chain. The restaurant was dirty, the staff was undertrained, and the whole place felt poorly managed. This is not a typical Chipotle experience. District management needs to step in. Will not be returning to this location.

  The staff was rude. An customer was trying to ask the young lady who was working behind the counter a question and the young girl looked at her and then immediately ignored her to make a joke, in another language, and continued to pretend like she did not understand the customer. Should continue to ignore her for two more minutes while making a joke with a young man. Young lady pretended to still not understand English and ignore it when the customer asked for the Chipotle honey chicken. The young girl, who is an associate of this restaurant, pretended like she did not understand what was being asked and also responded not in English. It was not in Spanish either. To me this establishment should have an adult working at all times and there was not one. The young associates then proceeded to turn the music on and at an extremely high volume while the customer, an elder woman, was still being helped. When it was my turn the girl did not say hi or greet me friendly and pretended to not speak English. A bowl for $13 and change and having to ask for utensils is not worth my return. The restaurant was dirty and all staff members were rude and disrespectful to the clients being helped.

  Worst chipotle ever. The ran out of food on main line and wouldn’t take from Togo line to serve customers in store.

  I visited this Chipotle location today and was honestly shocked by the condition of the dining area. Almost every table was dirty with crumbs, food leftovers, stains, and used napkins. The floor also looked unclean, with food and trash scattered around. It seemed like the tables had not been wiped down or cleaned for a long time. It is especially unpleasant to see this level of unsanitary conditions in a restaurant. The photos clearly show that this was not just one dirty table — nearly the entire dining area was messy and neglected. It creates a very bad impression of the restaurant and raises concerns about cleanliness and overall management. I truly hope management pays attention to the cleanliness of this location. The food may be good, but it is very uncomfortable to eat in an environment like this.

  Yesterday I went there and it was not a good experience. This is not the first bad experience at this location. It is very under staffed and poorly managed. I feel like the employees try their best but have no support. Use caution when going to this location.
