- MGMax GuoSep 21, 20261.0The worst chipotle experience I've ever had. The entitlement of the employees as if I had the audacity to make them lift a finger and do their job. I get it, nobody's dream job is to work at chipotle, but you still need to do the bare minimum to earn your wages. Waited 25+ minutes with another customer. Apparently, everybody was busy doing something even though the entire venue looked like a complete mess, cheese and sauce on the floor and tables. It looked like there was no manager and employees were just chatting and laughing in the back. Chipotle is always hit or miss and this location was an astounding miss.

Never had this problem with Chipotles in NY, PA, FL, TX, CA. This franchise owner is stealing from customers. It was a mobile order so didn't see it until I got home. Chipotle chatbot, Pepper, is useless. No resolution and it ended chat - see photo.

- CCClass ClownSep 12, 20261.0I asked for double meat and got like half a scoop ✌️ 😭 floors and tables are extremely dirty, my grandpa who is practically deaf due to hearing loss was still complaining about how loud the music is, and hey we’re out of all sodas, when I tried to get sprite I took a sip and it was plain water. Son 😔 btw I didn’t take a single bite out of the picture. Atleast it’s not as bad as some of the other reviews 🫡

Probably the worst chipotle in NJ I’d rather go to the one in Trenton. 9 employees working and they are just messing around with lots of people in line. Not to mention, only 2 options for soda. One specific woman worker, with eyelashes longer than a dog was so extremely rude and does not take her job seriously. Moping around and taking her sweet time going to the back and not paying attention. Absolutely a joke of an establishment. Nobody is wearing name tags so no way of distinguishing between the workers that actually care about having a career versed the other useless employees. Avoid this chipotle at all costs.
