- HHHarp3 days ago3.0This is an ok location, usually the give you smaller portions than other locations. Employees at this location do not know how to close the lid on a bowl. Multiple times I’ve left with the lid not closed partially
- DMDerek M4 days ago1.0Imagine asking your employees to look a customer in the eyes and tell them “no sorry we can’t make you a quesadilla” because it can only be ordered online? Absolutely ridiculous. The employee I dealt with was absolutely wonderful and I could tell they knew it was dumb. I don’t blame the employee at all.
- DGD GAug 4, 20261.0Off putting, maybe even rude. I came around 4pm on 08/4/26, and I was the ONLY customer in line waiting to be serviced. All the attendants seemed to be doing something, including the one attendant on the line, doing only what I can assume, checking the temperature of the food items. Each attendant either walking past or looking at me but not providing any service. No real acknowledgement to me as a customer waiting in line to be serviced. After standing in line for a minute, the one attendant finally stated to give them a moment. Patiently waiting, I watched and listened as the responsibility to service me was bounced around to different people. Each person telling the next to give them a moment. After a while, with a soft tone, I made a comment about how I was the only customer in line. Someone finally decided to come to the counter to ask for my order, but by then I was turned off from getting any food from this location. I politely told them don’t worry about it, and exited the restaurant.

So everyone waits to pay until she served 5 other people. And they ran out of white rice on the line so she had to walk to the place they do online orders every time even though she kept calling for more white rice.
