In an era where genuine hospitality often feels increasingly rare, Cris stands as a remarkable exception. From the moment he approaches the table, he exudes a calm confidence and an unmistakable warmth that immediately elevates the dining experience. His professionalism is neither forced nor mechanical; rather, it is accompanied by authentic kindness and attentiveness that make every guest feel valued. What distinguishes Cris most profoundly is his extraordinary ability to anticipate the needs of others before they are even expressed. Whether refilling a glass at precisely the right moment, offering thoughtful recommendations, or ensuring that every detail of the meal unfolds seamlessly, he demonstrates a level of dedication that transcends ordinary service. His composure under pressure is admirable, and his courteous demeanor never falters, even during the busiest hours. Beyond technical excellence, Cris possesses the rare gift of transforming a simple meal into a memorable occasion. His engaging personality, eloquence, and sincere enthusiasm create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and refined. It becomes evident that he takes immense pride in his work, and that pride manifests itself in every interaction he has with customers. A truly exceptional waiter does more than deliver food; he cultivates comfort, enjoyment, and connection. Cris embodies all of these qualities with remarkable grace. His commitment to excellence deserves not only recognition but genuine admiration, for he exemplifies the very highest standard of hospitality.

Christopher is a fabulous waiter. He was friendly without being overbearing at all. He was attentive to our needs and made sure everything was OK once we were served. The food was good tonight. The drinks and food came out quickly. My husband had the fish and chips which were nice and crispy. I had the pot pie, which I always enjoy. Christopher confirmed that we had made good choices. The manager also came out to ask us if everything was satisfactory. We wanted a casual place tonight with a relaxed atmosphere. Brick House fit the bill perfectly. And of course we love being able to watch the games while we eat. Sometimes we stay at home because we don’t want to miss a game. Brick House allows us to go out to eat and see the game.

Our party of 10 decided come here for Mother’s Day. It was our first time eating here. As soon as walked in, we were warmly greeted and all the moms were given a Mother’s Day flower pin, which I thought was a really nice touch. We had a wide range of ages in our group ranging from 13 years old to 88 years old. We knew we were not going to a high end restaurant so we did not expect fine dining and were very happy with our meal choices. We found the choices on the menu to provide a nice variety of food for all ages and food preferences. Our waitress was exceptional and worked very hard to meet all of our needs throughout the entire dinner. We started our appetizer with that amazing huge signature pretzel and it didn’t disappoint. That was easily enough for four people to enjoy. Our meals came out in a timely manner and tasted great. I was too full for dessert, but those in our party loved their cheesecake and apple crumble dessert. We were there for approximately three hours celebrating Mother’s Day and my mother‘s birthday and never felt rushed. My only complaint is that halfway through our dinner, they suddenly turned on the overhead sport TVs and the volume was right over our heads and much too loud. We were the only ones in that particular back room and asked them if they could turn them down because we were shouting to hear one another. They attempted to turn them down, but it didn’t make much of a difference and it was very hard to communicate once those TVs were put on. But aside from that issue, we really enjoyed our meal, service and time together.

This was actually one of the most terrible experiences we've had eating out in a while. None of the appetizers came out at the same time and when they came out, they were all overcooked and were not correct. They completely forgot one order and told us it was given to another table by accident . When the food finally came, it was all overcooked, dried out, and seemed like it had been sitting underneath heat lamps, but was not warm. Our grandkids tater tots were more like tater rocks. All of the burgers were dried out and overdone. The shrimp were rubbery, which suggests they also got left out or overcooked or both. The table had not been cleaned. It was all sticky, so we had to use the wet wipes they give you to clean the table before the food came out. The server seemed disinterested at the least and showed no interest in realizing that the order that had come out was not what we had placed. The restaurant wasn't really crowded so it was a surprise that the service was so poor. Tried this place for the first time. Will not be going back.
