- AAAshley a3 days ago4.0I got a hot banana caramel latte with oat milk and my fiance got an iced vanilla latte with regular milk. The drinks were fantastic, impressed with the banana latte- first time having one! People in the cafe were so sweet and pleasant. I took off one star because the service was slower than I expected. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks. However, the weather and patio were nice so it made up for it.

Today I placed an order ahead at 10:14 AM for four drinks, which I ordered two coffees and two iced teas. I received a text saying my order would be ready at 10:31 AM, which already felt like a pretty long wait. I arrived at 10:32 AM and was told they weren’t ready yet but would be ready in about five minutes. I didn’t actually receive my order until 10:48 AM. 34 minutes after placing it and 17 minutes after the estimated pickup time!! Unfortunately, this also isn’t the first time I’ve noticed how slowly the staff moves. There seems to be very little sense of urgency, even when orders are backed up and customers are waiting. The coffee itself is good, and that’s honestly what makes this so frustrating. It’s a shame that I probably won’t return because of the service, because I actually enjoy their drinks. I would only recommend this place if you have 30–45 minutes to sit around and wait. Definitely not a before-work stop, a quick lunch-break run, or somewhere I’d consider “grab-and-go.”
