She was very polite, professional, and actually took the time to make my coffee exactly how I asked for it. I usually order midnight coffee, and a lot of other locations say they have it but end up giving regular coffee with extra shots, which just isn’t the same. Leena made it the right way, and you can definitely taste the difference. It’s refreshing to see someone who cares about doing things properly and making sure the customer is happy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service.

I have had issues in the past where when placing a order and you couldn't hear the lady behind the cash register would speak to softly and I had to ask what she said and she would get a nasty attitude. Today my wife witness them serve a customer coffee with sour milk. Then the argued with the customer over the milk being sour. The coffee my wife was served tasted like it was reused coffee grounds not fresh. Threw that coffee out and took her to Divi Tree. Where the customer service is excellent and coffee is fresh not reused.
