She was very polite, professional, and actually took the time to make my coffee exactly how I asked for it. I usually order midnight coffee, and a lot of other locations say they have it but end up giving regular coffee with extra shots, which just isn’t the same. Leena made it the right way, and you can definitely taste the difference. It’s refreshing to see someone who cares about doing things properly and making sure the customer is happy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service.

When you request your coffee to be a bit darker they told me months ago to ask for “3” milk in lieu of “5” milk which I guess is DD Normal for an extra large coffee but even at “5” is like drinking hot milk with little coffee. Take the order down right when I say “3” milk is what the customer is requesting. If you don’t understand, ask!! Also fill the cup up to the top and not 3/4 full. My god, you can’t even do that right. I have complained about this one lady many times and when I go there, I pray she’s not working that early shift.
