- CFCongoJoe FilmS1 day ago1.0The customer service at this Dunkin location is completely unacceptable; I strongly advise going elsewhere. The manager operates this store with an absolute disregard for corporate standards and company policies. Customers are routinely treated with total disrespect. Furthermore, a severe language barrier among the staff leads to constant, daily order inaccuracies. The upper management or corporate office needs to intervene immediately to fire or completely replace the leadership at this branch. It is shameful how paying guests are treated here."

If you aren’t a people person, don’t work at a job that involves human interaction. Simple. But being hostile to your customers because of a simple misunderstanding, because YOURE miserable working there is not okay. Please get a life and a job that you’re happy to work at.

Ordered matcha and have always received the slightest shade of green milk which tastes nothing like matcha and when i ask for more bc its expensive enough for it to only taste and look like milk, the girl took it back and gave it back exactly the same. I asked the girl for a refund but shes looked so miserable cause clearly they take it out their check. Manager refunded and tried saying matcha is expensive and had to charge me double if I wanted but i didnt even get the standard serving in my matcha. Why bother having a franchise open if youre going to be stingy with the ingredients that have recipes for reason.. update- went all the way home to notice they did not refund me but rather charged me twice. Went back the manager already seem to know why I was there but didnt take action to make it right? I stood there for 20 minutes waiting on my refund bc of “system issues “ and was offered donut or drink as a courtesy, which i denied for the trouble but honestly all I wanted was the actual amount of Matcha my drink was supposed to have. Too many bad experiences here it will be my last.

They had to remake my ice Dunka latte three times and still didn’t get it right. I’m highly disappointed the lady at the window even told me I don’t know. Do you know how it feels to order the same Dunkin’ coffee order every day and this location tell you that they don’t know. If it was a way to give zero stars I would because this is just crazy. It’s so bad to the point where they got me thinking I don’t know.
