- WNwehate npcs3 days ago1.0-100 stars. i order my online pick up for my coffee ahead because they usually take forever to make things. i came in & they didn’t even try to look for my order on a counter FULL OF BAGS. the manager asked why i didn’t call, well the phone don’t work. there was no compensation or nothing!! nothing but a bunch of npcs working there. i don’t recommend nobody coming here. their is service WACK. 👎🏽

I overheard one employee discussing a coworker who had gone to use the restroom, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. When I arrived, no one came to assist with registration until I had to call for help. The overall atmosphere was loud, disorganized, and unprofessional. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed. Mr. Gopal and Mr. Arun Mandi, I hope appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns and improve customer service. Please review the security camera footage from June 15, 2026, between approximately 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, as it may help verify the situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
