    Just passing by after a trip to AC. It was the closest DD in my way without detour to from my way. It was super slow service.

    This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. Be prepared to wait 45 min for a coffee and bagel.

    Very unfriendly and unprofessional, the drinks and food are made wrong often when they’re not busy. Anytime i had things missing or not made properly they have an attitude and still made wrong. Super disappointing because people spend their money on this. Might as well go to the absecon dunkin instead.

    I ordered a mobile drink from this location and paid extra for cold foam. It was not included. I returned to the store twice and the issue still wasn’t properly fixed—the replacement drink was watered down and not made correctly. The service was also unprofessional when I tried to get help at the window. I ended up leaving with a drink I did not order and that was not made as described. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

    Had to go back because only part of the order was in the bag. Seems this is common among all many of their locations. Poor quality and lack of staff that gives a care about customer service seem to be the operational standard for Dunkin Donuts.
