The restaurant staff barely speaks English and it's extremely hard to communicate over phone with them. Really had a very hard time to get order confirmation over phone Also they bait & switch. Ordered Duck to find out it's a fake duck (mock duck) The beauty is they may not know English but they know English in the menu to fake it.

Had the shrimp pad thai for lunch. The portion was too much for lunch šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž. Should have been smaller. The new chairs look good. The table where I sat was chipped at the corner and was sharp šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž.

My dine-in experience was great. The food was good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, when I ordered online for takeout, all the food was bland and had no taste. We also got roti bread, but no sauce came with it, so we basically ate plain bread. I’m quite upset writing this review.

The food was pretty good but it could've been more rice n more vegetables in the curry. Also it wasn't hot enough! I like a little kick to it. This place has potential, I like the dumplings. It is was worth the try, overall great experience. The cashier gets 5āļø

We have had a decent experience at Phirom Thai during our earlier visits. However, the latest visit wasn't too pleasant. We waited for around 20 minutes for a table to be offered, which wasn't a problem since the restaurant was quite busy. The service and food, however, were not upto the expected mark this time. The server was extremely rushed and appeared to have no time to take the orders properly. Infact, a few times when they cleared the appetizer plates from the table, we felt that they might drop and break something due to all the rush. We ordered a few drinks with less ice and 1 with no ice. All drinks came with ice loaded in them. We had to request them to take back the no ice drink and bring it back without ice, which they did. The Tom Yum soup had a bit stale taste and the vegetables in it didn't look fresh. Spring rolls were a bit oily but okay in taste. Chicken skewers were just okay too. Main course didn't taste as flavorful as it did earlier. We ordered Phirom Ginger with tofu, Sweet and Sour with chicken and Chilli Cashew Nut with chicken. All dishes were just okay and appeared prepared in a rush. Not sure if there has been a change in the chef or if the place was shortstaffed, but they can definitely do better. Overall, not a very great experience.
