- MCMiranda Chavez1 day ago1.0employees are very lazy they will randomly close if you go later at night (8pm-onward) They’ll tell you not to order so late. Some people work night jobs and it’s a 24/7 dunkin. Change your hours or stop complaining people are going late.

- ASAliyah ShaliqueAug 7, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin in this area and they also happen to be more costly than the other locations in the vicinity as well. I prefer the location on 7th Ave when I can only do drive thru because this one will constantly put American cheese on my sandwich whenever I ask for cheddar or give me pork sausage when I ask for turkey. Since the drive thru is closed on 7th and I wasn’t dressed I ended up here. I ordered 2 medium iced caramel macchiato’s with 2 extra pumps of caramel, two loaded hash browns no bacon and 1 plain hash brown. I arrive to the pick up window and the cashier has to repeat the food order to the person preparing the hash browns twice. I receive my beverages and there’s barely a hint of caramel and when I asked to confirm it was 5 pumps I was told I need to mix it up even though I did. Get home and my mom tastes hers and say the same thing. Look at the cup and see it says 1 caramel. Go back there and I’m told he just put that but it was done correctly even though he never communicated to the person making the coffees. Gaslighting. What really annoyed me is that after he used the beverage spoon to swirl my already sipped from beverages he put it back into the sanitizer and I informed him it has to be washed or changed out the young man proceeded to try to argue the point of it being sanitizer so it’s fine. I know I was out looking crazy but I’m a chef that’s been servsafe and osha certified in the food service industry for nearly 18 years. That’s not an acceptable process and to try to argue an incorrect point confidently is insane. I will continue to drive the extra miles to avoid this location because every time I settle I leave disappointed while paying more. The best Dunkin is in Watchung next to Playa Bowls, the ladies there are consistently expeditious and the coffee always taste great.

Instead of offering a solution or apologizing, he told me to cancel my order and walked away. He was also using hand gestures to signal me to move along and seemed to have a bad attitude. Everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism.
