    Yhe whole point of getting the table numbers is so that someone delivers the food to the table and they called the number expecting me to pick up. I had gone here all through my teen years (lonh ago) and these changes are worse cystomer service.

    Ordered at the kiosk, it says they're supposed to bring to your table but they just called out the number. Has gotten way more expensive than it used to be, and we only stopped here because it was almost 9 pm and the place we wanted to go was already closing.

    Hey.. sorry to write a review but 2 staffs made me to write this.. We went to drive thru. I know people can't wait but while taking order the man he didn't displayed on the board my order. But I repeated my order thrice (3 times). But when I went to pickup window. I missed 1 order. So, I said may he missed it. So, I will pay can you take now and she replied come around again and she didn't took the order, on the the side there is one cool guy said I am sorry I will take take it is just a frappe. They made it but again the lady came to give the order. She given the frappe but she took the straw and intentionally and slamed the window on me. And I am calling and horned she didn't respond only. The other cool guy came and he given the straw and said sorry. I forgot to say in the order also they didn't made correctly but I didn't said anything for that.. These guys need proper training before going on board. I don't understand why this people do that. It is just a small period of time. Just I will take my order and go.. but if the communication and the service and food is good. So, we feel good and peaceful ✌️ and happy 😊. We are just same human beings... Again sorry to write this...

    I’m a frequent McDonald’s customer and honestly this was one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had. Today I ordered through the mobile app: a large regular Coke, large fries, and a plain sundae. After arriving at the store, I quickly used the restroom before picking up my order. The moment I stepped out, I heard an employee impatiently yelling my order number. I immediately went over, only to find that the order wasn’t even complete yet — only the fries were ready. Then I was handed a chocolate sundae instead of a plain sundae. When I politely asked for the correct one, the employee looked visibly annoyed while remaking it. After that, I received my drink and left. Once I got into my car and took a sip, I realized they gave me Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. I went back inside right away and explained that I ordered a regular Coke, not Diet Coke. There was no apology at all. The employee silently took the drink, walked toward the food prep area, then disappeared into another section for 2–3 minutes before finally returning with a new drink. At that point, I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable drinking it anymore because the entire interaction felt so hostile and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but attitude and customer service matter. This experience made me feel extremely unwelcome.
