    I was so excited when BWW opened in Piscataway, I'm a huge fan. So last week, we ordered food for pick up. The staff working the pick up orders were very friendly and nice. What was not nice was the orders we received. We received very obviously old, stale fries that were also somewhere between cold and lukewarm. As if that wasn't bad enough, the boneless wings were awful. They were hard and dry. Half of one of the orders was nothing more than fried breading. We ended up throwing it out. In an attempt to avoid leaving this review, I tried calling the restaurant that night, and the next day. The phone just rang and rang and went to a full voicemail box. Then I tried calling the corporate number and got transferred twice, left on hold and then used a callback prompt that never called me back. Then I called the restaurant the following week and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call disconnected. I called back and was transferred to a voicemail and left a message. Still no callback. I know it's a new location and they are working out the issues with food and staff, but come on, cold food? Overcooked boneless wings? You're better than that BDubs!

    I am extremely frustrated with the quality and poor care put into my order, I am disappointed as this is a new location and I was looking forward to be a regular customer……I ordered a to go meal simple boneless wings and fries, I checked the food in the car and my fries were ice cold, old, hard, over coked and burnt, so I brought the fries back and asked for fresh fries, within seconds they were swapped and the fries were the same old as if they were sitting under a lamp. I didn’t check but once I got home my boneless wings were barely tossed in sauce, ice cold, over cooked and burnt as if they were sitting under a lamp, I threw out the entire meal and wasted my money. WE WANT FRESH FOOD AND WE DONT MIND WAITING!!!!! Any order should be piping hot and not sitting under a lamp waiting to be shoved in a box and given to customers and we don’t realize the food is old and nasty until we get home the quality control needs to be better and customer centered if this business is going to thrive.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and the food quality was well below expectations. The Thai chicken curry was the only decent dish. Unfortunately, the chocolate fudge cake was so hard that it was difficult to even cut, and the kids’ burger had a strange smell, which was very off-putting. The only positive was our server, who was friendly, attentive, and kind throughout our visit. Sadly, good service alone couldn’t make up for the poor food quality and long wait. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place based on this experience.

    This was a horrible experience. My husband and i went to BWW yesterday for dinner. First we were sat at a table that was soaking wet and the hostess had to be told by my husband to please dry the surface. She came back with a napkin and hurriedly wiped the table pretty poorly. In about a minute our server came over, he said Hi, i’m your server but did not introduce himself, just kept looking at his notepad after that. After a few moments of silence he finally asked us what we would like to drink, and immediately after we told him he asked “ do you guys know what you wanna eat?”. Flabbergasted, because we JUST sat down, we both in unison said no. He said he would be back with our drinks. After about 5 min of my husband and i talking, I noticed that the waiter was walking back and forth, talking to other tables and going to the kitchen, so i thought any moment now, we will have our drinks. Then another 5 passed. I then told my husband if another 5 minutes passed ( we timed it) without our drinks, we would leave. It did, and as we were walking out, our waiter passed right in front of us and said NOTHING. it’s like he forgot we were there. I am pregnant and was extremely thirsty when we arrived and we didn’t even get water. The hostesses both said “ have a good day” as we left. We were there for 15 minutes lol We left and went to Olive Garden next door and the difference was night and day. This new BWW needs a COMPLETE overhaul in staff training and management. i was a server for many years across this country. This was the worst restaurant experience we have ever encountered and noticed a complete lack of professionalism in every area. If your reading this Management, Do Better.

    Was excited to try this new location, however the past 2 reviews speak for themselves. Got sat right away and I noticed that A LOT of people around the restaurant seemed to have been waiting a good amount of time for their drinks/food which was already a bad sign. 15-20 mins passed , a ton of waiters have walked by us yet no one approached our table to even check in on us/take our drink order. Without having ordered anything , we had decided to leave. It appears to be a common occurrence as the manger appeared to be walking around talking to customers due to the delay of service. The person responding to these reviews will have a hard time responding to every single negative feedback if nothing changes. Customers don’t want a cheap apology, they want you to DO BETTER. Save your money and go elsewhere.
