  Food was really good and fresh, and the customer service in the front from Kymani, Aidan was excellent today. Very polite, patient, and welcoming. Made the experience even better!

  Thursday I Ordered The Number 10 With A Strawberry Lemonade & A Lovely Lady In The Drive Thru Handed Me The Drink & Immediately I Noticed A Lemon In It Because No Other Restaurant Is Doing That 👏🏾👏🏾. I Loved It! It Was Refreshing & You Can Tell It’s REAL Lemonade. SO Good. Today(Friday) I Went Back & Ordered The Same Thing. Except Today I Get A Man In The Window & There’s No Lemon In The Lemonade 🤔 I Asked For One & Then He Hands Me My Food & I Look In The Bag & Notice There’s No Ketchup. I Politely Asked For Some & He Comes Back & Rudely Says “You Have To Ask For It” & He Just Close The Window. No Have A Nice Day, Nothing. First Thing I’ll Say Is Thursday Was The Best Representation Of Great Customer Service. Wish I Knew Her Name, Great Job! Second Thing Is, YOU Are The Employee, I Am The CUSTOMER. I Didn’t Know I Had To Ask For Ketchup If My Meal COMES WITH HASH BROWNS! That Is Not Common Sense. You Order Fries, You Receive Ketchup…. It’s Fried Potatoes! And Thirdly, Regardless If I Have To Ask For It- Why Didn’t I Have To Ask For Anything Thursday? You Know Why? Because That Employee Knows What It Means To Go Above & Beyond! I Say All This To Say, Just Do Your Job & Be Kind! Bojangles In The South Never Display Any Kind Of Rudeness. Don’t Tarnish The Company With Nj Attitude. Regardless, I’ll Be Back & I Recommend Everyone To Try Their Food. Their Food Is 10/10. Service Is Unpredictable.

  Was delighted Bojangles finally opened a restaurant in NJ since I found them years ago in the South. I was completely disappointed when I found that this new “brand” only served basically white meat. No dark meat which was my favorite. Now they’re just another chicken sandwich pace. Won’t go back

  Bojangles really delivered with this biscuit chicken combo and the Bo-Tato Rounds. The chicken was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the biscuit had that soft, buttery texture that makes every bite satisfying. I also appreciated that everything tasted clean and not greasy, which made the meal feel lighter while still being hearty enough to hit the spot. The Bo-Tato Rounds were a great addition to the combo. They were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. They paired perfectly with the chicken and biscuit, adding a little extra crunch and flavor that made the whole meal feel complete. Nothing felt rushed or thrown together — it all tasted fresh and well prepared. This is the kind of breakfast combo I would happily order again. It has that classic Southern comfort food feel, with good portions, strong flavor, and a satisfying balance of textures. If you want a hot, tasty biscuit chicken combo with a solid side, this one is definitely worth it.

  My mother placed an order today for 4 sandwiches and a box of chicken tenders. The worker gave us only two sauces and said they would charge us extra; a dollar for each sauce. That is an order for FOUR people, and we only get two units of sauce? On top of that, they used to give us a liter of sweet tea, which they didn’t any more. If they’re this cheap, their food isn’t worth it, especially when Popeye’s and Chick-Fil-A are across the street.
